We offer the finest vinyl to our customers that is easy to install. It is equipped with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive that forms a robust bond with the surface it is applied to. It also has air-release channels that do not allow the formation of bubbles during the process which can be quite a bane otherwise. 

We use high-quality 130um plastic liners to protect the adhesive so that it maintains its strong tack for many years. You can slide and reposition the vinyl until you are satisfied with the placement and then apply squeegee to ensure smoothness and adhesion. 

Our Burlywood vinyl is medium stretchable, up to 30%, so you can easily wrap it around complex curves and contours and difficult edges. When stretched, it will not lose its color consistency and will fit your ride like a second skin. 

This car wrap is easy to maintain as well. All you need is to wash it with your hands using a mild car shampoo or soap and a soft microfiber cloth. You don’t have to use pressure washers or spend money on automated car washes.  

After washing, do not leave the vinyl to dry in the air. Use a super soft cloth to dry it to prevent water streak marks. For spot cleaning, in case you see bug splatter, fuel spill, bird droppings, or tree sap, keep a 50/50 solution of isopropyl alcohol and water handy in your vehicle in a spray bottle with a microfiber cloth. That's it, with minimum effort our High Glossy Sand car wrap will stay as good as new for many years.

Application method: Standard methods for calendered films. No overstretching and overheating and Post heating is necessary.
Post-heating temperature: 110°C flat surfaces, 130°C curves, and overlaps
Aftercare: PH neutral, Avoid wax or solvents
