We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings so we provide limited warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics mentioned in the actual product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30days.If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with LOT number on it.
To request a return, you need to send a reclamation letter to email@example.com. Your letter should contain a detailed explanation of a problem, photos / videos, LOT number.We will offer return address by email if reclamation is approved.And we will refund you in one week after we receive the return package.
We do not refund the shipping cost,labor cost and other related cost caused by your business.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
