Shipping Terms

 

1. Our shipping service is mainly for those countries:
  • North America: USA, Puerto Rico (U.S. Territory), Canada, Mexico, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Haiti.
  • South America: Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Paraguay,  Argentina, Ecuador,  Panama, Bolivia, Uruguay, Suriname, Chile, Peru.
  • Central America:  Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala.
  • European Countries: France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Iceland, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Czechia, Portugal, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Hungary.
  • Other European Countries: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Malta, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Serbia, San Marino, Montenegro, Holy See (Vatican City State), Bosnia & Herzegovina, Andorra, Albania, Iceland, Republic of Moldova.
  • Asia: Mongolia, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, Maldives, Timor-Leste,  China Hongkong,  China Macao, and China Taiwan.

  • Middle East: Pakistan, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
  • Africa: South Africa, Nigeria, Mauritius, Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya,Tanzania, Uganda.
  • If your shipping address is in other countries, please feel free to contact us by email address: support@vinylfrog.com.
  • If your address is classified as a remote area in the logistics system, an additional remote area surcharge will be applied. Usually the Remote Area Service (RAS) fee is around 50-100USD.

2. We ship on Incoterms: DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid which means the prices on our website are not including any taxes. You have to clear customs and pay taxes yourself. Please contact us for assistance in customs clearance.


2.1 Tax number is required when you are in EU countries.

3. Shipping and Packaging Information:
  • We ship within the next 2 working days by SF/UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT when we receive payment.
    • If the color is out of stock, we will inform you by email or SMS and hold the shipment. We will ship the restock colors for you as fast as we can.
    • If you want to cancel the order, please reply and contact us as fast as you can before we ship the parcel to you.
  • Packaging for Vinyl Wrap and PPF Orders:
    • Orders for full rolls and small meters totaling less than 26 meters are usually packed together in one parcel.
    • For orders with more than two full rolls, shipments from the U.S. warehouse will be bundled together. Shipments from China will have each full roll packed individually.
    • Orders of small meters under 26 meters will be packed into a single parcel.
    • Orders over 26 meters will be split into multiple parcels with the same tracking number, depending on the net quantity of small meters ordered.
    • If you request separate parcels for the small meters, please contact our support team at sales@vinylfrog.com.
  • Packaging for Car Interior Wrap Orders:
    • Orders of 5 meters or more will be packed in boxes.

  • IMPORTANT: If you have any special packaging requests, please leave a note during checkout. If no note is provided, we will ship using the default packaging method.
4. Delivery Time:
Fast Delivery (3-5 working days)
Standard Shipping (5-7 working days)
Normal Delivery (7-12 working days)
Free Shipping (7-12 working days) 
Delivery time will be delayed 2-3 days if you make the orders during the weekend or holidays. Free Shipping Country & Zone: USA, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan.

5. No Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.

6. Signature Requirement for Certain Orders
To ensure your order is delivered successfully and on time, a signature from someone at the delivery address will be required under the following circumstances:

  • Orders over USD $1000
  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas
  • Orders identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

 

7. We only accept order cancellation in 8 hours after your placed the order. And you have to pay 10-40USD handling fee accordingly by canceling the order within 8 hours.Otherwise, we are unable to cancel your order.


8. We will replace the damaged part of wraps during shipment. Please keep the damaged box and take pictures and vidoes. And then make a complaint to the shipping company to get a complaint number and send to us which can make isssues solved fast.

9. If you left messages for us in your order, but we don't understand. We will hold the shipment and contact you as fast as we can. We will continue to ship the parcel for you until everything is clear.
