Satin classic black carbon fiber vinyl wrap uses the standard diagonal carbon fiber weave pattern with a satin coat that sits between gloss and matte. The weave is the most recognized carbon fiber structure in automotive use the same crossing diagonal grid found on BMW M Performance roof panels, Porsche GT3 hoods, Lamborghini Huracán engine covers, and Ferrari 488 bonnet strips straight from the factory.
The satin finish lets the texture read clearly without the high reflection of a gloss coat or the flat appearance of a matte finish. The result is a carbon fiber surface that reads closer to genuine OEM material than either finish extreme. The satin coat is directional. The film needs to be applied in one consistent direction across all panels on the vehicle flipping it 90 or 180 degrees on different sections creates a visible color mismatch between panels.
Features And Specifications:
-
Pattern: Classic 2×2 diagonal carbon fiber weave the same structure used on OEM carbon parts from BMW M Performance, Porsche GT3, Lamborghini, and Ferrari. Every strand crosses over two and under two, creating the diagonal grid that defined what carbon fiber looks like in automotive use.
-
Color: Deep black.
-
Finish: Satin a soft directional sheen that sits between gloss and matte. Shows the weave texture clearly without wet-look reflection or flat deadening.
-
Directional note: Must be applied in one consistent direction across all panels. Flipping the film 90° or 180° on different sections causes visible color mismatch between panels.
-
Durability: Rated for 3 years on exterior vertical surfaces.
-
Weatherproof: Resists moisture, humidity, and prolonged water exposure without lifting or bubbling.
-
Protective: Guards against surface corrosion, minor abrasions, and everyday staining.
-
Temperature range: Stable from -50°C to 110°C (-58°F to 230°F) in service.
-
Stretch: Up to 30% conforms to full panels, hoods, bumpers, and curved surfaces without distorting the weave alignment.
-
Adhesive: Solvent-based acrylic bonds firmly, repositions clean before final press, and removes without leaving residue.
-
Installation: Air-release channel liner lets you adjust positioning before committing, reducing waste on complex panels.

Recommended application tools: Squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IRR thermometer, sprayer, towel, and installation liquid
Application method: Standard methods for calendered films. No overstretching and overheating and Post heating is necessary.
Post-heating temperature: 110°C flat surfaces, 130°C curves, and overlaps
Aftercare: PH neutral, Avoid wax or solvents
CAUTION!
1. We will peel off the protection layer before shipment if your order is 1m,3m or 5m in order to make the vinyl good for shipping.
2. The images, colors, and finishes on the screen are approximate. For the real representation of the product always check the color swatch.
3. Most vinyl wraps are directional. Install the vinyl in the same direction across all panels. Applying the material in different directions can cause visible color differences due to light reflection.
